Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Parking with boat and RV hookups, private V-Dock dock with 8x8 sundeck and swimming ladder, firepit, free firewood, charcoal grill, and spacious yard for activities. Less than two miles from the Big Stone Lake boat landing, we are easy access to the best Perch fishing in the area. Ortonville is a cozy little town amidst the farm fields of west Minnesota, right on the border with South Dakota. We accomodate up to four people on four extra-long twin beds. We have seating, wifi, a TV, coffee pot, refridgerator, microwave, and self-check-in. *Our bathroom is EXTERNAL, is a shared bathroom with other guests on the property, and requires a slight walk. * Welcome!

The Otters Den is centrally located adjacent to the lake on the South Dakota side between 2 public boat launches and close to Hartford Beach State Park. This private property offers a fully furnished camper with everything you need for a memorable adventure. This area is renowned for its fishing and hunting.

The Lodge at the Lake

The Lodge at the Lake is a half-mile from both Bitter Lake and Blue Dog Lake and a few short miles from Enemy Swim, Pickeral, Waubay, and Rush lakes. We are also close to great hunting areas. We have plenty of room for your entire party. Our house features a large TV, wifi, foosball table, 2 stall garage to park out of the elements, outdoor seating and fire bowl, a large grill, and the yard is big to give you some privacy. We have 3 bedrooms and room for at least 10 people to sleep.
