Vivienda reformado, situada en una calle peatonal a 500 metros de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila y muy céntrica con todos los servicios a muy pocos pasos.Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 2 con cama doble de las cuáles 1 con su propio Baño y 1 con cama individual, 1 habitación para planchado. Un porche y una gran terraza. Aire acondicionado en Salón. La vivienda dispone de una terraza grande, un patio trasero y un Porche en la parte delantera de la casa que hacen las noches de verano inolvidables.
