The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Barn owls and deer in the garden, shopping in Holt and Norwich, beach, swimming pool and North Norfolk Steam railway at Sheringham. Cromer with its famous pier, promenade and sandy beaches. National Trust Felbrigg and Blickling are close by and there are regular seal trips from Morston and Blakeney as well as lots of coastal walking. Dog friendly for up 2 dogs with additional charge.
