Studio 12

Our home is on half an acre of beautiful gardens, with our house on one side and Studio 12 on the other. Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied. Double french doors open out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. If you are bringing a dog, please include it in your booking and read 'Other details to note' about what dogs we welcome.
