Each room is fully equipped, 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Dining room plus kitchen bar seats 8 for meals. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, serving, and dining. The living room has a 55" Roku TV that can easily be used for streaming all your favorites; Netflix, Hulu, Etc. Lots of parking plus 2 car garage.

You will love your private casita by the Rio Grand River. You can walk, bike, or run on the Bosque Trail outside your door or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. In the kitchen is a big refrigerator, stove and microwave. If you want to cook, there are sharp knives, oil, butter, vinegar, and spices.

Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)
