Die U-Bahn ist 350 Meter entfernt und mit den Linien könnte ihr bequem zwischen Ost und West sowie Süd und Nord pendeln. Es gibt zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die nächste U-Bahn-Station liegt nur 350 Meter entfernt. - ca. 350 Meter zum Kottbusser Tor mit U1 und U8 - ca. 400 Meter zum Görlitzer Bahnhof mit U1 - Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße und den umliegenden Blocks - Parken ist kostenlos Der Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig und ihr könnt nahezu geräuschlos schlafen. Die Ecke ist sehr lebendig, so dass ihr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung findet.

Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.
