Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Enjoy the bustle of Torquay only a short drive away, or indulge the serenity with a glass of wine whilst sitting around the fire pit in our native garden. You'll also love our carefully selected breakfast items, your own serene yoga studio, as well as a balinese-inspired outdoor bath and shower area to melt your stress away.

A peaceful rural outlook, sounds of frogs and birds, while lying in a luxurious bath in a stylish, spacious retreat, super comfy queen bed. 2.5km to Whites beach. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.
