Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. Le Moulin des Collinauds

In the heart of the Cognac vineyards and close to a village of character, we propose you to taste the rustic charm of an old restored mill on the banks of the small river Le Collinaud. It has an enclosed and shaded garden as well as a large field for outdoor games. The swimming pool located nearby (200 m, open from June to September) is to be shared with the vacationers of the 4-person gîte and the guest rooms located on the Domaine des Collinauds.

Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete. Une cour privative pour nos belles journées ensoleillées Le stationnement de votre véhicule se fait dans une cour privative

Le site se compose d'une île d'environ 5000m², entourée d'eau, sur laquelle se situe une ancienne maison d'éclusier de 1837, totalement réaménagée, très lumineuse et confortable. Idéal pour une expérience de déconnexion totale, dans un écrin de verdure, tout en confort et en poésie. Possibilité d'utiliser les canoës (un canoé 2 places et un canoé 1 place) et des vélos.
