Our home is beautifully updated, fully furnished and decorated in a beach theme. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. We have a beautiful pond in the back. Perfect for you to relax and BBQ while enjoying our wonderful Florida weather. Enjoy your stay in this 1950s tropical home in a quiet neighborhood only 3 miles from the beach. Premium beach chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella and more to use during your stay! Hang out surrounded by the tropical plant life in the backyard. A 6 foot privacy fence surrounds the backyard and is outfitted with solar lights for ambiance at night. This is part of a duplex home (another unit is attached to this one), but everything is private inside and outside. (No pets allowed :-) )

Upper Old Oaks Bungalow 15 min to Clearwater Beach

NOTE: We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Please check post-hurricane photos of the backyard. We priced it accordingly. If any of these concern you, we encourage you to book elsewhere. Apartment is newly remodeled. New kitchen & bathroom w/ standing shower (no tub). New photos soon! You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying upstairs.
