This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or hot tub in the back yard of this safe neighborhood. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome

We are 15 min. from Bemidji and 30 min. from Itasca State Park. Plenty of room for parking your vehicles, boat or 4 wheelers- which is one of our favorite actitives when we are there, as there are endless trails!
