Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Orange, Texas it is only 1/2 mile to I-10. We are on the border of Texas & LA and midway between lake Charles, LA and Beaumont, TX. We are in a very quiet, private neighborhood with one entry road. It is a safe place for a morning walk. Enjoy a very large circle driveway at the main house, and a beautiful walk way through the side gate to the Guest House in the back property. The Guest House is separate from the main house.

Quiet historic neighborhood with the Ocean Cannal and Seawall 1 short block away. *** This house is haunted but the spirits are very freindly and a bit mischievous ** However, if you don't want them to be near you, just tell them and they will leave you alone.

I live in a rural area. Pets are welcome. I also have a large area in which trailers/RVs can be parked for dry camping. There is one electric 15-40 connection. No sewer is available. My home very eclectic and is packed with antiques and books. I am an artist and I love to cook. At this time, I can accommodate two adults. Please understand that this is not Las Vegas. This is a home, not a hotel. I have art and crafts in process constantly, so expect clutter and creativity.
