The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Fully outfitted 4-bedroom home in Arnold, CA (elevation 4000 feet). Vintage family home, full of antiques and collectibles, not a modern house. If you like visiting grandma's, this will be cozy and comfortable. Great for families with kids or 2-3 couples. No Central AC, but one portable room AC upstairs. Our lofted cabin in the woods features an open-concept living area and spacious movie theater den. The deck provides a second living area with wooded mountain views. All lovingly (and painstakingly) updated by a proud brother-sister duo so everyone can enjoy the mountains like we have. We're close to sledding, skiing, lakes with sandy beaches, river rafting, fishing, hiking, and more. After a long day of exploring, soak in our spa under the stars or watch a movie in our theater.

Only one block off of Hwy 4, walking distance to stores and eateries. One bedroom with one double size bed and a large loft, (up the spiral staircase) with one double size bed. Sheets and Towels are provided. Nice deck for outside dining. Dog friendly! (The yard is not fenced). Note: A small air conditioner is in the living room. It is a cabin in the mountains so it will not be as toasty as home. NOTE: Verizon works, AT&T has little or no reception in this area.
