During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Bishy Barnabees is our 1 bedroom lodge, with 1 spacious Double bedroom and an additional Double sofa bed in the lounge. Our warm and cosy lodge is kitted out with mod cons, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are situated in the small hamlet of Drymere, amidst the beautiful Thetford Forest, in the heart of Breckland, ideal for country walks, birdwatching and cycling, and perfectly placed for exploring the wonders of Norfolk. (our local is just a 40 min amble through the woods).

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Perfect for family get togethers, a quiet hide away, business trips. Ideal for young children who can enjoy the enclosed village play area, feed the ducks or amble around.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Recently renovated, Stable Cottage is located in the small village of Middleton, West Norfolk. A 20 min drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate and many other attractions. Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Shared courtyard garden and private parking.
