We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks, pigs & alpacas. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The main ranch house is 1/2 mile away.

Come see our wonderful farmhouse in the middle of an Almond orchard. The 3000 sq.ft. house is open and relaxing. Pool is inviting the swimmers to cool off or just sit and relax. Then spend the evening by the firepit in our redwoods and be charmed by the frogs and other creatures singing. The master bedroom and bath is large and has both a soaking tub and a walkin shower for two. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a full bath in each. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.
