A bush hut... Close to waihi town,but in the country. .paddock and trees and lots of chickens and guinea pigs around. A simple rustic cabin with 1 double bed and couch... There is a small electric heater..a wood fire and electric blanket. separate kitchen with gas burner and small fridge. outdoor bathroom not too far away. . Lots of great walks, and close to bike trail..12km from the beach If you like animals and a bit of outdoor space you will like it here. (there can be insects and spiders)

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
