The Boat Shed, a lakefront self-contained studio accommodation, has a vaulted ceiling, living area, a built-in corner queen bed and a tiled ensuite. The accommodation opens onto a private deck and patio with a spa pool facing the lake. It is a self-contained unit with a microwave, fridge, toaster and electric jug. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied as well as Ginie’s freshly baked goodies. The linens are high quality 100% cotton and are air dried to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Overlooking the Green farm land and the Lake Rotorua. Nice and quiet eastside area, close to the city center, some major attractions in 10-20 min., the Redwood Forest in 3 min. by car. Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

'The Minsion'. A cosy studio retreat

THE MINSION, a cosy older style studio ( no kitchen, but tea coffee etc and microwave) located in our garden , in beautiful Acacia Bay. Awake to the sound of Tui's and bird song. It is a short walk to Lake, cafe/ restaurant, local store and walking tracks . Our studio is often used and loved by family and friends so has a number of board games, and family memories. We like our property to be smoke/vape free please. We live on site so here to welcome you.
