"Mittagblick" is 75 m² and suitable for 1-5 people. It offers high, bright rooms, cozy corners and a covered southwest-facing balcony with unobstructed mountain views. One room with an open foot double bed and space for a baby crib, one room with 2 single beds, separate fully equipped kitchen, living area with corner bench, sofa bed and TV. You can enjoy your barbecue in the large garden. Playground equipment, parking spaces, W-Lan and, if required, baby equipment are available free of charge.

Wir verfügen über sehr schnelles WLAN, außerdem hat jedes Zimmer seine eigene Dusche auf dem Gang, die Gemeinschaftsküche ist voll ausgestattet. Unmittelbar in der einladenden Nachbarschaft befindet sich saisonale Gastronomie, ein Kelter- und Weinbaumuseum sowie ein Spiel- und Bolzplatz. The Private Room Kippenhausen is located in the Immenstaad-Kippenhausen district, about 1.5 km from the lake. In Kippenhausen, you will find a restaurant, a snack bar, and several fruit stands and farm shops. The double room is offered without breakfast, and breakfast cannot be booked additionally. The spacious, bright guest room is suitable for 1–2 people. It features a private bathroom with shower and WC, TV, and a parking space directly in front of the house.

Room 3 with stepless interior is located in Reichenau and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The 25 m² accommodation consists of a bedroom and a bathroom and therefore offers space for 3 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a fan. Please note that the room does not have its own kitchen. However, there is a separate, spacious communal kitchen next to the breakfast room.

19 Einzelzimmer

Room 19 Single Room in Seefeld offers 30 m² for 1 guest. You have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom during your stay. Amenities include a TV, capsule coffee machine, and Wi-Fi. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Located in the quiet center of Hechendorf, you can easily walk to Lake Pilsensee. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking, and excursions, with good public transport connections.

The room has 2 single beds, a small seating area with table and satellite TV. It is equipped with bath, shower and WC. Access to the balcony. Classic-sized towels are provided, but no shower towels. You will need to bring your own if required. Our guesthouse is located in the Munich district, just a few minutes by car from the A99—an ideal base for exploring Munich and its surroundings.

Room No. 4 offers 20 sqm of space for up to two guests. During your stay, you have access to a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The room is equipped with a small seating area, Wi-Fi and a TV. Breakfast is always available on site and can be booked for an additional fee if desired. This way, you enjoy a pleasant stay with all essential amenities.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist 35 qm groß und verfügt über einen Schlafraum, ein Bad, eine Diele mit Kochzeile und einen Wohnraum mit Essecke und ausklappbarem Schlafsofa. Vom Wohnzimmer aus betritt man den windgeschützten Balkon. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. In der Essecke gibt es zudem noch einen kleinen Backofen. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche/ WC.
