We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)
