This is a light filled independent, self contained studio apartment on the grounds of our regional property. Open plan kitchen, living & bed all together with separate bathroom. All newly renovated, and very clean. Please note – this studio apartment is detached from our home, but is located in relatively close proximity to the main house. Only an 8-minute drive to the Bathurst CBD and 10-minute drive to the famous Mount Panorama Racing circuit.
