Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. This unique cottage duplex is our home base for hiking, skiing, and paddling, and we're happy to share it with you! Tucked away on the edge of the village of North Woodstock, our modest retreat is a stones throw from all the excitement the region has to offer. Take a short walk to the nearest swimming hole, explore the National Forest, and be back in time to enjoy dinner on the back deck!

Relax and unwind at our private cozy cabin in the White Mountains! Woodsville, Lincoln or Littleton 10-25 min away for bars, shops and local eats! A mile from Rt 112, the Kancamagus Byway. It's rated the best scenic drive in New England! And only 30 min to Loon & Cannon Ski Resorts. It's a 5 min walk to the lake, pool and beach. Only residents and guests have access. This place is 4 miles outside the White Mountain National Forest. Groceries, coffee shops and all the amenities nearby!

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.

The Cabin is a place to breathe deep, enjoy nature, and simply get away from it all!
