We are adjacent to the South End Boat Launch, your portal to the open ocean! The cottage is just a short walk to the Maine Maritime Museum and only 15 miles from both Popham Beach State Park and Reid State Park. Master bedroom has private balcony and first floor offers cute galley kitchen and screened porch.

Two story in-law suite. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Wabi Sabi

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This building, built in 1832, was the sole building to survive the devastating fire of 1837. I wonder about those who have inhabited these walls over the past 190 years! Because the building is old it has a few quirks! The walls aren’t quite straight, the wood floors show where walls once stood or have moved. That’s why I call it Wabi Sabi…. The imperfections add to it’s beauty!
