The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Live your life by a compass not a clock. Find your way to Bonfire Holler where you can unplug and relax. Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Two Trees Lake Huron Cottage, dog friendly

Two Trees is a light-filled home on Lake Huron that is a perfect spot for couples, small families, and solo travelers. Situated on a wooded lot, Two Trees sleeps four, and has a freshly updated kitchen and bathroom. The path to our private, sandy beach winds through the woods and down 38 stone steps - which are challenging for some. The house is a short drive to Lumberman's Memorial, Sturgeon Point Lighthouse, and Dinosaur Gardens. It is near US 23; there will be road noise.

Welcome to your home away from home! During your stay you will have the entire house with a large wooded back yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to private beach, crystal clear water of Lake Huron. This home offers a completely remodeled bathroom and spacious bedrooms. This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
