This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock.

Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
