Happy to see you! I try to make my apartment in the same comfort way if I would live here. The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. Best location! Near Old Town, in hipster Kalamaja

Location, location location! Within a 10-min walk are: Old Town of Tallinn, Vana-Kalamaja street with cafeterias, Fotografiska museum and trendy restaurants of Telliskivi. Market place Baltijaama Turg is across the street, but this apartment is in a quiet courtyard. Great burgers and a wine bar literally next door to us. The apartment has a beautiful views towards the wooden houses of Kalamaja and also to Old Town. Our modern apartment has unobstructed access for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible, comfortable and quiet providing a good night sleep and a perfect location in the trendy Kalamaja area. The Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away as well as is the famous Telliskivi creative area. There are lots of good restaurants near the house and a good supermarket 200 meters away at the Baltijaam Farmers market .
