The house has a long shape that's why we call it Tholihi, which is an Ancient Greek word with the same meaning. The neighboring area is called Vrahos meaning Rock and it offers us a splendid view overlooking the bay of Argostoli. The coast of Ligia is 5min away if you follow the pathway and just 3 min driving. The coast of Limioni is 15min away on foot and 5min driving. On the front there is a big stone paved yard, two gardens and the parking area. The neighboor is rather quite.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

Cottage on the island

The island on Krupac lake is ideal retreat to rest and relaxation. The cottage on the island is trucked in beautiful pine wood trees with spectacular view. Outside of the cottage there are equipment for barbicue, wooden chairs and tables. A flat float on the water can be used for swimming, sunbathing and fishing. You can rent a boat, kayak or tour the lake with a guide. Also, we offer excellent traditional montenegrin meals and drinks. Welcome!
