the casita is on a property where there is another casita, a bigger house in which i live ,and a shared pool . It is a 5 mns drive to the beach & a 5 mns to San miguel where you ll find all commodities . It is simple & designed like a small loft . It has one double bedroom area, a bathroom, a small open kitchen and a living room. The main room has a queen size bed, the living room a single bed. It also has a terrace that provides privacy respect to the main house , with an outside dining area.

El Pla (la plaine de Majorque) est un endroit authentique pour se ressourcer et se reconnecter avec la nature. Une vue magnifique sur les collines et les montagnes. A Sineu, vous trouverez la Station de train et de bus qui desert les plus grandes villes, palma, inca, et manacor.

El alojamiento está a 30m de nuestra casa. Se comparte entrada y jardín. En la finca los animales son bienvenidos. CHIMENEA DECORATIVA. Imprescindible disponer de vehículo.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.

Cute guest cottage in peaceful garden

After falling in love with this old Mallorquin house in "the village that time forgot", we spent 6 years renovating it into our dream home complete with adjoining guest cottage. The location is perfect for exploring the island by car, scooter, motorbike or bicycle. We have local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and ATMs on our doorstep, and the centre of Palma is just a 10 minute drive away.

very nice cottage with two buslines to the centre (10 min), cab (about 7 Euros). Coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Very nice familiar area. Perfect start for cycling tours.
