There are two bedrooms , one with a queen bed, the second with a queen and a single bed. Also a sofa bed in a sunroom , which has heavy curtains , for privacy from the lounge It is located close to the scenic coastal walkway, Ngamotu beach & playground, Mt Paritutu, and Back Beach for walking and maybe a surf.

Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks. New Plymouth City is a short 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk through the park to the CBD. Guests have secure onsite parking on the premise. We live upstairs, but the downstairs area is private with a seperate entrance. Walk towards the sea and turn left along the walkway towards the Port, Ngamotu Beach and cafes. Turn right on the walkway and a 10 minute walk away is the Aquatic Centre and Destination Kāwaroa.
