We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Heart of Wellsville Studio- Historic Rail Depot

In the Heart of Wellsville, studio is located on the main level (there are 3 steps at front door) of the historic Electric Rail Depot was the Wellsville station for the interurban that ran east down Wellsville Main street from 1912-1946. This space offers a queen size bed with 70" flat screen with dvd & wifi. Has mini fridge, small microwave, sink, single coffee maker. Located right across the street from the Wellsville Tabernacle square, Kids playground and splash pad. No Smoking. No Pets.

Roomy Orchard Suite-short & extended stays

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance, spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, private, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Mantua Lake House

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful abode. Just five minutes from the freeway makes it very assessable in inclement weather. The Lake House is about an hour from Salt Lake and nestled right in between Logan and Ogden, which makes this location perfect! This beautiful farmhouse style Lake House is a five minute walk to the reservoir. The reservoir makes for a fun day boating, fishing, or kayaking. In the winter months it’s great for ice skating or ice fishing.
