Yellow Tiled House

One of the most photographed homes in the cities historic center is not only a place to stay but an experience. Local handmade tiles and embroidery decorate the home to celebrate local history. This cozy house full of natural light has a private patio. Centrally located on a quiet road it is close to all amenities yet allows for a well deserved rest. A short distance from Porto, not far from Coimbra and very close to Aveiro, you will find a natural lagoon . Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.

A Lodge In Blue Aveiro city center

The Lodge In Blue, is one of the rare houses of Aveiro historic centre that, although modernized, still holds a genuine feel. Near the Chapel of S. Gonçalinho (1714), next to the Fish Market, and near the typical bars and restaurants, the three-level Lodge In Blue has been partially rehabilitated in 2014, retaining many of its original materials, giving it the atmosphere of the traditional Beira-Mar houses of the 50s.

Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
