We are in the country next to a blacktop road.This is a very laidback place , there are farm animals across the road at our farm. This was my moms farm house and I just want people to enjoy it as much as she did. We are close to Kincaid Lake, the local winerie, the World Shooting Complex, and hiking trails (Piney Creek Revenue). Come and enjoy a day fishing or just sitting on the back deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Later build a fire and sit back and relax. Come and enjoy the country.

Bald Knob Cabin is the ideal location to unplug and put your feet up after a long day hiking trails or traveling the Shawnee Wine Trail that flows through the cozy, inviting town of Alto Pass. No WIFI or TV!

Restaurant is open at 4pm Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Guests receive $10 food voucher with stay 1bedroom cabin with queen bed, living room with queen sleeper sofa. Our cabin will be waiting for your arrival or return, well equipped with a 55" TV above the gas fireplace, a comfortable King size bed, and an amazing back porch with a Weber Grill and huge hot tub.

Eva’s Roost is located at Center For Lost Arts near Cobden, Illinois. Uniquely crafted rustic, zen-style cottage, designed to be close to the earth & nature. Extensive, curtainless windows facing the forest & pond allow for private views: sunrise, moonrise, forest & wildlife. Yoga mat, guitar & some art supplies. 7 minutes from Kinkaid Lake's Paul Ice boat ramp. 15 minutes fron Kinkaid marina. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. There is plenty of room to park your boat. After a day on the lake come back to the house and enjoy some relaxing time either in the house or under the shade trees in the yard. The family room furniture is set up for a family gathering or watching TV. The bedrooms all have new mattresses and different types of pillows to choose from.
