Enjoy a luxurious stay at our farmhouse-style cottage conveniently located near many Rexburg amenities (BYU-Idaho, Hospital, Smith Park, LDS Temple, Waterpark). Perfect affordable home base for adventures to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Jackson, and Targhee. Recently finished with modern touches, the spaces are all on one level and include a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a spacious back deck. Our amazing on-site property managers live in a separate basement apartment.

Cordingleys' Cozy Cottage

The Cordingley Cabin is located just before the quaint town of Ashton, Idaho. Located within a mile is a grocery store, gas station, Dollar Store, multiple restaurants, and much more. The cottage has a rustic cabin feel with a spacious layout with room for one to five guests. Accommodations include a fully setup kitchen, WI-FI, Hulu, and Dish Network. The cottage is located 25 miles from Island Park, 55 miles from West Yellowstone, and 60 miles from Jackson Hole Wyoming. Kayak rentals next door.

The “Vault” is located on Main Street, it is an old Bank that has been newly remodeled to accommodate Events and or Nightly rentals. This is a private listening there is no shared space. The bank has 3,960 total sq ft. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A very spacious living room. The coolest part is the Bank Vault Theater room. Relax and unwind in the trees---The Littlewoods Lodge in Rexburg is the perfect blend of modern and stylish surroundings. Nestled in your own private forest, you are close to town and various attractions (easy access from hwy 20, right on Yellowstone Bear World Road). Look out for the local deer herd, our red tailed hawk's nest, and listen for our resident great horned owl. Easy access to Targhee, Jackson, GTNP, YNP and more. Private, nearest neighbor is the main house 100ft away.

Located between WEST YELLOWSTONE (1 hour away) & GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK (1 3/4 hours away) is the Teton Treehouse. Enjoy world-class fishing in the 3 rivers nearby & exploring outdoors. Relax evenings in the small farm town of Ashton, ID. The house is new, bright & clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, good internet & a new washer & dryer. Everything you need for a great stay! NOTE: there are 16 stairs up to the house making it unsuitable for small children or those with mobility issues.

This adorable 1920 home is located on a quiet street and only a couple blocks from downtown Ashton and the Henry's Fork Foundation. Be on the the Henry's Fork, Fall and Warm Rivers within minutes from this cozy Cottage. The home has been very loved and cared for through the years. It's clean with updates throughout. It's a peaceful place to stay with all that you would need for a nice and pleasant stay on your way to enjoy the great outdoors! Pets are welcome. $25 per night pet fee.
