The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

Die Donauau und die Donaustrände sind nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt, das Auto parkt fast direkt vor der Haustür, aber die ganze Siedlung hin zur Donau ist dann autofrei, du kannst also spazieren, radfahren, wandern wie es das Herz beliebt. Einer der berühmtesten Architekten Österreichs (Roland Rainer) hat die Gartenstadt entworfen - die Lebensqualität ist hier großartig.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
