"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Casa de campo con mucha historia, con más de 100 años de antigüedad. Totalmente reformada y renovada en el año 2019. Es el resultado de un proyecto familiar con el objetivo de recuperar la casa rural de los abuelos, dándole una nueva orientación actualizada. Es un espacio muy especial y tranquilo, con un bosque de encimas al final de la finca, muy cerca del mar, además de campos de golf, tenis y rutas ciclistas alrededor.
