Highlands Lodge

Highlands Lodge is a magnificent stone and timber chalet nestled amongst 150 year old deciduous English Elm and many other European Trees. It is beautiful year round but particularly in Autumn. Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a two BBQ areas. Adjoining the cottage, there is a fire pit, gas BBQ and cast iron cooking equipment. The indoor BBQ area has a pizza oven, gas BBQ, refrigerator and outdoor setting There is access to a flushing toilet and shower, next to the indoor BBQ area which is 40m away from the cottage. The pool room, indoor BBQ area and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests.

It’s a great base to explore from, with local walks on the property or longer walks in the area.

Comfortable cottage close to town in a quiet area. Relax in the private courtyard with a coffee or glass of wine after a day of discovery or driving. Coffee tea and biscuits provided . Rainy days and children are covered with Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and unlimited WiFi . You will also find a variety of activity books , magazines and games . The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
