The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Bluff Cottage -Quartz, Patio/Grill, Fenced Yard

Centrally located among the hills of the peaceful Park Hill neighborhood. Totally remodeled while preserving all of the vintage charm of the 1950s architecture. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop. There are 2 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. The living room has a 58" TV and large sectional for relaxing. Additional guests can sleep on the sectional or provided queen air mattress. Enjoy large back yard with a fenced in area and deck.

One bedroom has a king size bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Prepare family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local restaurants nearby. Pets may be accepted if pre-approved. Privacy fenced back yard.

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. HOWEVER, This unit is located above a local, well loved Pub. Therefore making this unit VERY noisy with music and loughter. We do hope that you will give us a chance and come stay with us and enjoy the old Western charm Fort Smith has to offer.
