Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Mockingbird makes up half of the duplex and is fully self-contained with its own private entrances and back deck.

Come stay in this lovely mid century apartment that sits close to the Momentary. We are steps away from Air ship coffee and the bike trail. A block down the street sits the Momentary museum, blu fish market and the meteor cafe. Around corner the 8th street market has core brewery, yeyos Mexican, Hillfolk and more. We are 1 mile from Crystal bridges and 2 blocks from the new Walmart Home office.

This small apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, chair, dresser, TV, full kitchen, and a full but tiny bathroom. We live on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
