A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

STUDIO 23 m2 at the center of city Argos, just 2 minutes by walking from city center and church st.peter ,15 minutes from ancient theater of argos, and 10 minutes from central bus station. Parking front of apartment is not available, may parking on the city streets.

The house is located on the outskirts of Nafplio. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive and orange trees and various plants, parking space for the guests, beautiful view from the 30 m2 veranda and from every window at the house.
