El apartamento dispone de una habitación de matrimonio con vistas al mar y con baño completo en suite, otra habitación con dos camas individuales. En ambas habitaciones dispone de armario con perchas, ventanas abatibles y cortinas. En el salón dispone de un cómodo sofá, smart-tv, libros, wifi, etc. y acceso al balcón privado en donde encontrará mesa de terraza y asientos suficientes para cuatro personas, las vistas son fantásticas. En la parte superior dispone de solarium privado con césped y tumbonas. En la cocina dispone de nevera con frigorífico, microondas, vitrocerámica con extractor, lavadora, lavavajillas, exprimidor, tostadora, etc..... Our vacational house is situated in a quiet residencial zone with swimming pool. First floor featuring with spacious open plan living room with dining area and fully equiped american style kitchen, toilet and laundry room. On a second floor you can find main en suite bedroom with spectacular ocean view balcony and bathroom, 2 other double bedrooms, balcony and bathroom. On a terrace is a big heated jacuzzi and rest zone with comfortable furnitures and sun beds.

Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
