Rock Cottage, Highland Perthshire Rural Retreat

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Lovely barn conversion in the heart of Balquhidder

Welcome to your Highland escape! This beautifully converted barn sits in a historic glen in Perthshire, ancestral homeland of Clan MacLaren. Located in Balquhidder, it boasts south-facing views of hills and ancient woodlands. Inside: exposed beams, underfloor heating, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower room, and en-suite bathroom. A 200 yard stroll leads to a private riverside picnic spot perched at the tranquil meeting point of the River Balvaig and Loch Voil with views of a historic stone bridge

GREENSHADOWS HOME WITH A VIEW . KILMAHOG.

Greenshadows - a detached 16th-century two story Scottish cottage fronting River Leny with views of Ben Ledi in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. The house has a rich history. Locally called ‘The Pink House’, it was a safe haven during the Jacobite uprising. The author of ‘The Junglebook’ is thought to have resided at Greenshadows for a short period. Of note is William Turner’s painting of Ben Ledi from Kilmahog Bridge (on display at the Tate Gallery) just a few hundred metres away.

Wallace Lodge is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a hot tub that could include fishing (additional cost) , golfing (additional cost), tennis, cycling or hiking.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.
