With all ammenities needed including a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted tub, seperate shower, washer, dryer, and a loft upstairs that feels like a treehouse with beautiful views of the mountains.

Location! Location! Location! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located on the Duchesne river, private fishing access. This house is set off the road in a country setting. It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.
