Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

La casa comprende un ampio soggiorno con ampio tavolo, una cucina con banco cottura e microonde, banco colazione rialzato e sgabelli, una camera con letto matrimoniale (il secondo letto è un divano letto in soggiorno), bagno con doccia e terrazzo. Avrete a disposizione l'intero appartamento. The flat is fully equipped with kitchen (including microwave and oven), living room with big table and a sofa bed, bathroom, huge king size bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony. La posizione strategica di questo alloggio permette all'ospite di fare spostamenti con un mezzo a sua scelta. A 5 minuti a piedi si può raggiunge la stazione FV e dei bus, da dove in un 1h 15 min sarete a Venezia e in 40 min a Trieste. Ci sono ottime piste ciclabili per raggiungere i posti storici di Aquileia-Grado e Palmanova, oasi naturalistiche come la Laguna di Marano e isola della Cona. Mare, laghi, colline tutti nelle vicinanze da visitare in giornata. L’ Aeroporto è a 15min in macchina.

Graziosa abitazione con ingresso indipendente collocata nel centro di Gonars. L’immobile è disposto su due piani e offre camera matrimoniale, camera singola, spazioso soggiorno con comodo divano letto e stanza dedicata ad una culla ivi presente, per una disponibilità totale di 5 posti letto (culla esclusa). L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Villa Elisa è lieta di accogliere i suoi ospiti nella tranquillità del centro storico di Aquileia. E' composta da tre appartamenti arredati in stile classico e travi a vista, dotati di tv satellitare, clima, bagno con lavatrice e asciugacapelli. Villa Elisa si trova in un' area tranquilla e frequentata quasi solo da turisti. A pochi passi c'è la meravigliosa basilica avente il più esteso pavimento in mosaico paleocristiano del mondo occidentale di ben 760mq, ed il suo imponente campanile.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
