Incantevoli gli affacci delle sue finestre sul lago e sui caratteristici tetti e vicoli del centro storico. L'appartamento elegantemente ristrutturato con legni di pregio si compone di zona living con camino (non utilizzabile), angolo cottura (piano induzione, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, macchina caffe), zona notte e bagno con doccia.

Con la mia famiglia saremo felici di accoglierti nella casa dove abbiamo vissuto e cresciuto i nostri figli, per questo l'abbiamo dotata di ogni confort.... da una fantastica cucina dotata di tutto compreso il camino, soggiorno divano smartTV netflix prime dysney+ WIFI - 2 camere da letto e i 2 bagni ci sono 5 balconi panoramici ed un grande giardino con barbecue. All’ingresso del borgo antico di Anguillara e affacciata sul lago e sul verde la casa, completamente restaurata, si sviluppa su due livelli. È composta da 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 bagni completi di cui uno con vasca, un soggiorno con angolo cottura e una terrazza entrambi vista lago e alba e un ripostiglio.

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

The Old Town and the Lake

The entire apartment is located 50 meters from the lake, on the ground floor and immersed in the medieval center of Anguillara Sabazia. It is perfectly accessible to anyone, with direct entrance on the street, outside the restricted traffic area, and easily reachable by car or by bus that takes you to the metropolitan train to Rome. The area, full of shops and restaurants is a lively part of the village but not noisy. Your small four-legged friends are also our friends (but let us know!).
