Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

Spend time in a quiet and peace-filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are just 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy.
