This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

5mi to airport-Lord of Rings lower level space

The cozy Lord of the Rings suite is in the private lower level of a home in the center of town in safe, beautiful, quiet residential area. Within walking distance to lakes, trails, universities, and hospitals! 10 mins to downtown! Kitchenette has microwave, toaster, Keurig, and minifridge. There are no cooking facilities. Note: Entrance is up 5 stairs to main door & 5 stairs down to private entrance. Because it is the lower level, you may hear guests upstairs. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am😀

Home Away From Home (central to everything)

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath apartment on the second floor of a duplex. Completely separate unit from the owner's one below, with your own separate full kitchen, bathroom, living room and washer/dryer, etc. Only the main entry/mudroom is a common space (especially useful feature during the cold months, since it prevents the rush of cold air directly into the living spaces!) - the so-called "artic entry". BUT you would also have optional use of a private entrance directly from the yard, if you prefer.

Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

This is a second story downtown deluxe suite with views of inlet. 2 blocks from court house, restaurants, art galleries, near coastal trail. This beautiful top floor apartment has granite counters, wall fireplace, large deck, soaking tub, and full laundry. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Take advantage of fall/winter rates. Visiting family in Anchorage, shopping or medical appointments.

Ravenwood Suites

We aim for you to feel as though you are visiting family. The spacious yard features a large swing set for kids and a sandbox. Pat will likely greet you and give you a verbal tour of Alaska. Fast Wi-Fi. Guests have been treated to moose and babies right outside the back door, ravens, Steller jays, squirrels, and rarely a bear. There are plenty of resources for you to plan your trip. Guests especially like being able to do laundry.
