Hill House Private Entry Suite - No Cleaning Fee

Cleaned and sanitized with no cleaning fees added to your cost! Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. WE LIVE IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE WITH A LOCKING DOOR BETWEEN US. PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE BOOKING!

Happy Valley Studio rests in a lovely rural neighborhood, near 2800 acres of Community Forestlands hiking trails. It's ~15 minutes (3.6 Mi) from the Ferry to the San Juan Islands, and an easy 5 minutes from downtown Anacortes. You will love the quiet neighborhood and our lovely gardens and pond. Byrd's Nest Guesthouse

Byrd’s Nest is a retreat nestled among the trees. This custom-built guesthouse was completed in June 2025. It spans 357 sq. ft. and features a studio layout with a kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by evergreen trees and approx. 30 feet from the main house, it offers a charming treehouse-like experience. The whole property is 6.6 acres at an elevation of over 200 ft. Views of Mount Baker, the North Cascade Mountain range, the Skagit Bay, and forest land can be seen from the guesthouse.
