Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. Wij hebben ons huis zelf gebouwd, het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het water. Het is slechts 15 minuten van het centraal station met de tram. Er is een prive-parking voor de auto, en je moet wel op onze kat passen! Er zijn 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en 2 wc's. De woonkeuken is perfect voor gezamenlijk eten of spelletjes doen. In de zomers is het heerlijk genieten op ons dakterras. Ook kan er overal gezwommen worden.
