Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. You'll feel right at home in this newly remodeled Beachtown Bungalow. A 3 min walk to the public abatement will deliver magnificent lake views. The driveway provides plenty of space for a trailer/boat trailer or multiple cars, and the large yard is perfect for activities. Within min of Historic Downtown Vermilion, and a short drive to Cedar Point, Cleveland, or anywhere in between, this cozy home is perfect for any getaway!
