The boathouse is located on the Alūksne Lake/ city centre. There is walking trails, cafes, swimming spots, sports field, a children’s playground, the Alūksne Castle Park and historical objects within walking distance. Mūsu māja atrodas 5 minūšu gājiena attālumā līdz Alūksnes parkam un ezeram, 10 min gājienā līdz pilsētas centram.

My cozy one-bedroom personal home is surrounded by pine forest where you can pick some blueberries during the summer and ski in winter. The apartment is just a walking distance from the lake Kubja. Center of Võru is ~3km away.
