Pacific Heights 3 bedroom home with garage

S.F. Res. Rental Reg.# STR-0000133 Light filled Pacific heights home with three spacious bedrooms is located one block away from Fillmore with trendy restaurants and upscale boutiques. Two blocks away is Alta Plaza Park with a wonderful playground and tennis courts. The Kabuki is a multi cinema comlex six blocks away. There is easy public transportation to downtown and the financial district. Just down the hill you are at the bay, where you can walk out to the Golden Gate bridge or rent bikes. The house is in a perfect residential location within an exciting city. The wine country is an hour from the city. It is a four hour drive to the mountains.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.
