As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

It’s a brilliant location. Go by train all around Perth -6 minutes’ walk to the station . Need to shop , walk 200meters down the road and you will find a Coles super market. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house . Entire one bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, in the Perth Hills, only 15 minutes from the Airports. Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.

You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.
